Comfortable Accommodations: Auktsjaur Country House in Arvidsjaur offers spacious rooms with air-conditioning, parquet floors, and soundproofing. One of the nicest B&Bs I've ever stayed at. Large room with super comfy bed, large and clean shared bathroom, good breakfast. Would definitely book again.

Cozy, clean comfortable cabin with everything you need, better than a hotel. If you need a peacefull place to stay that's the best place for you. Very nice owners. The family house is the actual family house of the team behind camp Caroli and it feels right at home. It’s a dreamy cabin at the end of the road with a view directly on the frozen lake. You can’t beat this location. And don’t get me started on the northern lights. It’s the best place to see any. And we saw many! And on New Year’s Eve! Honestly we couldn’t have dreamt of a better way to start 2025. Go at Camp Caroli! The team is super nice, it’s a family run business and you can tell as they make you feel part of the family as well. All the activities are wonderful and well organized. Just pure polar bliss. The house is warm and comfortable. Even by minus 25 which is the temp we got when we were there. The kitchen is big and nice to cook in. And the bathroom has all you need. Just a perfect place really.

I had a truly lovely stay at Aurora River Camp and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I originally booked a cabin but upon arrival the manager who kindly picked me up from the airport mentioned during our conversation that a glass igloo had just become available that same night. Someone else had unfortunately cancelled because they couldn’t make it in time due to heavy snow. I felt incredibly lucky to be offered the upgrade. Choosing the glass igloo was absolutely worth it. especially if you’re into hunting the Northern Lights. The experience of relaxing comfortably while watching the sky above was unforgettable and made the trip feel truly magical. The cabin itself was also cozy and well maintained, and the hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional warm, personal, and genuine. This is a very popular place so I highly recommend booking well ahead of time. I just happened to be fortunate that night due to the unexpected cancellation. Aurora River Camp offers an amazing combination of comfort, great service, and unforgettable Arctic experiences. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Contact with the owner was perfect, quick response and very welcoming attitude :) House is big and ideal for both overnight stay and spending more time around.

This apartment was super cozy. The living area and rooms were comfortable, especially the bed. The huge windows overlooking the lake was great especially for northern lights viewing. The hosts were accommodating to my requests and even messages me one evening to tell me the northern lights were happening. Would definitely stay here again!
