New and well-designed hotel with a lovely spa area downstairs. The breakfast was very good. I would like to give special thanks to Miriam at the reception desk — she is truly an exceptional receptionist. She assisted us with everything we needed and even helped us find a wonderful nearby restaurant. Her professionalism and kindness made our stay especially pleasant.

Location!! The space of apartment is really nice. Many wardrobes, space for luggages and shoes. Washing machine, dishwasher, many kitchenware, dishwasher and washing machine detergent, clothesline, bath amenities, hangers, tea bags and coffee. The apartment is very clean and new. It is a wonderful mattress. Staffs are very kind!

Even though we mostly moved around on foot, we occasionally used Uber for longer trips. The apartment is very beautiful, well maintained, and fully equipped with everything you might need. This is not something to be taken for granted: I’ve often stayed in apartments for several days and found not even basic plates or cookware — here, everything was provided, including all the necessary appliances. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, communication was excellent and very quick. I highly recommend this place.

It was my birthday during the trip, and the hotel went above and beyond — I came back to a handwritten note, fruit platter, and chilled wine waiting in the room. It was such a thoughtful touch and genuinely made my day. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, and the staff throughout the hotel were warm, professional, and helpful. The atmosphere felt calm and elegant, and every part of the experience was smooth and enjoyable. A truly memorable stay — I’d absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bratislava.
