The location and the view!!! Sooo good! During my first night I was alone with a girl I. This dorm. I had a really great time and was really happy to have met here. The staff is super nice and very helpful. They offered me slippers when they saw that I had blisters from mine and the room was amazing. During the night it’s super quiet and you only hear the waves (unless u have snoring people in the room as I had in my second night ). I also liked that it was single beds and not bunk beds. The breakfast was nice and they also offer tons of activities.

Everything about the property was clean and made me feel comfortable and many facilities were available. A large dorm room made it feel like I had space and my own privacy. Also, The staff were exceptionally considerate and accommodating.

Great place to stay, the owner of hotel was very accomodating and allowed us to check in earlier at 12pm rather than 2pm. He was a really nice English guy and helped us with recommendations around the area, would highly recommend and book agaain.

Everything about shiva lodge is incredible, its a newly opened accommodation. The houses are incredible, everything is perfect. From waking up to birds chirping and having a coffee on ur balcony. The area (garden) is well mantained. Although they dont serve breakfast they give fresh coffee/water and bananas every morning. They even decorated the bedroom for my boyfriends birthday, even gave a breakfast voucher as a gift. The staff is amazing! Nothing was too much. They can also provide laundry service / scooter rental. Also they can pick up up from the pier for free

I originally planned to stay just a couple of nights, but I ended up extending again and again, eventually staying 8 nights! The place has a really warm, family-like atmosphere that made it very hard to leave. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. The hostel is cleaned frequently and everything always felt very tidy and well-maintained. One of the highlights for me were the daily shuttle services to different beaches around Koh Tao. It made exploring the island super easy and fun. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy, welcoming stay with great people and good vibes! <3
