This is a compound run by a lovely couple and their adult son. Breakfast was served (delicious) and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. It was private, relaxing and a few minutes walk to the Night Market. We enjoyed Phrae as a great 3 days respite from Bangkok on our way to Chiang Rai. I highly recommend Baan Thep Antique Homestay.

Situated in Ban Huai Salok, Siam Butterfly Farm offers accommodation with seating area. With mountain views, this accommodation provides a terrace.

If you like nature and staying somewhere off the beaten track, we can certainly reccommend a visit to the Siam Butterfly Farm. It is located in a small village, very near to the Wiang Kosai National Park. The owners, Pai, Robert and their daughter Ned will do everything to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We stayed there a couple of days and had the opportunity to make a number of nice walks into the park. Both breakfast and dinners were delicious and the room was comfortable. So again, very much recommended.

Ayla Chalet has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Phrae. This homestay features a garden. The homestay has a terrace and a hot tub.

Everything! We had a great time. The Chalets are beautiful. They are spacious and wonderfully designed. Looking over the rice fields and towards the mountains was such a treat. My children loved having a deep bath on the balcony area! We got up early and took some incredible photos of the sun rising. Khun Tik and Khun Vut went above and beyond to give us the best experience. We enjoyed having dinner with them; the chef, Khun Sorn cooked us one of the best meals we had eaten over the span of our trip. I would highly recommend this Chalet. It will be a stay we won’t forget.

The resort is located on the outskirts of the city surrounded by rice fields. It is very quiet and peaceful. No loud vehicular noise from main roads. The villa-style accommodations are beautifully appointed with all the modern amenities. The breakfast is made fresh and is probably one of the healthiest meals we've had in the morning. The staff/owners are very friendly making this a memorable stay.

Huen Him Kong Hotel Phrae is located in Phrae and features a shared lounge. Featuring free bikes, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom.
