Wonderful hotel with several pools and lots of activities. The staff is amazing, and always smiling and helpful. The all inclusive buffet had a high quality and offered lots of different options for every meal. Everything was kept clean and in good order. There were several activities to chose from every day, from kids club, to sports to walking and also excursions. We loved all of it but the most amazing thing was probably the staff: everyone seemed genuinely happy to work there and took care to smile and talk (even the cleaning staff, something that isn't always the case). Special shout out to the kind lady doing the breakfast eggs that remembered our daughters every morning - they were so happy and proud. The cute cats that roamed the area was an added bonus - it was so nice to see that they seemed to be taken care of.

This was a really attractive place with tasteful, modern decor. It was equipped with everything you could need and was close to multiple different restaurants, the medina and the beach. The staff were easily accessible, incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. I was so happy at Residence Neffati!

We stayed in this apartment in Hammamet and had a truly wonderful experience. The apartment is large and well laid out, with sleeping arrangements suitable for up to 5 people plus a newborn, making it perfect for families or groups. Although there were only two of us, we chose this place for the space, the central location, and the convenience of having a washing machine and dishwasher (which we didn’t use, but are definitely a great bonus, especially for longer stays). The location is excellent: Avenue de la Libération has everything you need. Just nearby, we tried the restaurant Ettahrir, which was unforgettable — very reasonable prices, generous portions, delicious food, and the option to pay by card, which is not always common. The Wi-Fi works perfectly, which was important for us. A special mention goes to the lovely family who manage the apartment: always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with any request. A place where you truly feel at home — we would love to return for a future holiday. Highly recommended (:
