Lovely hotel with friendly hosts, beautiful art and sumptuous breakfast. It's in a very tranquil neighbourhood, just two steps away from the beach. We had no issues during our stay. Would recommend for solo or couple travellers!

Dar Lekbira was absolutely wonderful to stay at. It is even more beautiful in person compared to the photos, and it does a great job of balancing the traditional riad with modern amenities. There were lots of small touches like two teas (calming and digestive), rose water, and organic handmade soap in the room - the attention to detail made it special. I had a suite upstairs with a balcony, next to the stairs that go to the roof (a nice sitting area in itself). Everyone I met at Dar Lekbira was kind, personable, and helpful with any question that I had. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful - and slightly different each day. The location being in the medina is great because it made going out and about easy at any time of the day - very convenient. I would recommend anyone going to Sousse to stay at Dar Lekbira, as it definitely made my first visit to Tunisia comfortable and memorable.

Very clean and well set up accommodation for families and couples. The owner is amazingly helpful, I would rather say whole family was nice. We came very late and he took us to a restaurant and it was closed! His wife cooked us food and refused to take money from us. Even the owner took me outside in his scooter to buy something from corner shop. I have visited more than 20 countries for holidays but God promise never seen anyone that helpful and welcoming.
