Gracious hosts, Cihan and his family were very welcoming and accommodating. Cihan drove me to Alacam waterfall and back and in the evening, to a restaurant that serves local trout while on the way showing me the village. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Enjoyed watching the sunset and breathing the fresh air from the garden/patio outside my room. They served fresh, delicious and generous turkish breakfast; vegetables, cheeses, egg, breads, fruits and raspberry juice. This place is a bit remote. If one does not drive, to get here, from Bursa can take the metro to Kestel and from Kestel take a bus to the hotel. Cihan who is very informative can provide the bus timetables. Or one can take a taxi.

Being so close to all the local markets was a huge convenience for our family. We loved being able to step out and immediately immerse ourselves in the vibrant local life, discover fresh produce, and find unique souvenirs. It made exploring Bursa on foot incredibly easy and enjoyable, with many key attractions just a short stroll away. Everything was great, the facilities, the staff, Ms. Ipek was so welcoming greatfully helpful. Mr. Muslum as well, Ozlem and Menekse were amazing in helping us in services. Highly recommended for winter break holiday

Mr Serkan the guest relations manager was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was very good although there was little snow around the hotel we had to go to zone 1 Karkay to enjoy the snow activities but we enjoyed the facilities in the hotel. Unfortunately the day we checked out that’s when it snowed!
