The personal are very friendly and lovely.
Breakfast is very nice and everything is fresh.
The Hotel place is in center of Bursa in very beautiful place.
Rooms are clean and you have everything in there.
Secade-carpet for prayer was also in room and that makes me very happy.

I recently enjoyed a stay at this hotel, and it was fantastic! The luxury room was impeccably designed and provided a truly comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast each morning was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to start the day right. The staff were highly trained, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a touch of luxury and exceptional service.

Everything was great. The hotel location is perfect.
The rooms and facilities are clean. The service is very good. However, what made the stay exceptional is the friendly and welcoming staff. I'd like to extend special thanks Mr Nihat Koc for his kindness and hospitality.

Very comfortable, large beds, good looking room, good location. Decent breakfast. Lacks its own parking, but a private parking lot very close to the hotel is available (additional fee 200 Turkish lira per - we stayed from around 7 pm till 10 am).

Exceptional place for a secluded getaway in the forest around natural areas and serenity. Stayed cor 2 nights with my family and extended another 2 nights. Facilities were great. Staff gave us a quiet cabin that exceeded our expectations. Experience of a lifetime for family and children. Staff were amazing and very friendly. The area is in the Middle of a forest with breathtaking views. Close to the telefrik. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Where do i start, they started by begging us to stay and pay, then when we payed the attitude changed, the service changed and the food is not that good, room’s stink of cigarettes and they told us that’s the room we in is a no smoking room, the A/C (Aircondition) doesn’t work, it’s a offel experience, stay away.

Staff are really friendly. Buffet breaky is traditional Turkish - very nice and plentiful. We didn’t stay for long enough to comment further.
