I recently enjoyed a stay at this hotel, and it was fantastic! The luxury room was impeccably designed and provided a truly comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast each morning was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to start the day right. The staff were highly trained, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a touch of luxury and exceptional service.

The location was lovely, the hotel was nice and very peaceful stay

Everything was great. The hotel location is perfect. The rooms and facilities are clean. The service is very good. However, what made the stay exceptional is the friendly and welcoming staff. I'd like to extend special thanks Mr Nihat Koc for his kindness and hospitality.

I stayed for one night. I liked it.

Very comfortable, large beds, good looking room, good location. Decent breakfast. Lacks its own parking, but a private parking lot very close to the hotel is available (additional fee 200 Turkish lira per - we stayed from around 7 pm till 10 am).

Must be one of the best Holiday Inns I have stayed in and service level and the hospitality from the staffs were first class! Rooms were very comfortable, spotless clean and classy.

It was an extremely pleasant stay. The accommodation was very good, the staff kind and prompt to the requests of the customers. We particularly note Mrs. Carmen, who provided us with useful information and advice about the hotel and the city of Bursa.
