Easy check in and check out. The concierge staff, Mr. Arda is helpful during our visit. We enjoy the facility such as free sauna/pool. The hospitality of the spa, sauna and gym staff is on the top notch. Located just 11 minutes from the last stop of teleferik. We enjoy the snow rain on the last day of our visit. The room is spacious and clean.

We liked the location of the hotel and the quick response of the owner of the apartments: Musa left a parking space near the hotel, helped with check-in. Everything went quickly and positively. The apartment is clean, nice, with kitchen, Turkish hamam, large roof deck. There's a beautiful place for breakfast. Plus, we happened to be on republic day and watched the parade during breakfast. Musa allowed us to stay longer at no extra charge and we were able to enjoy the festivities and then pack up for the road in peace. It was a very pleasant experience. Next time we would like to stay here. Thank you Musa for your hospitality!

We had a really pleasant stay at Bursa Suites Apart Hotel. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and the main attractions. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. A special thanks to both Abdullah, who was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay.
