Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Regarding the WIFI questions I just answered "not available" due to the fact that I didn't use WIFI at all and thus no experience. I used my mobile phone data package I ordered from my telecom operator. I liked the everything and the customer service was good with friendly staff with a special mentioning of the young bartender guy at the rooftop bar.

The staff were all incredibly friendly. Fantastic location fro skiing at Mt Uludag. Food and service was amazing, the buffet breakfast was amazing. Spa was free and incredible. Would highly recommend, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Located within 22 km of Uludag National Park and 300 metres of Museum of Turkish and Islamic Arts, GREEN SUITES BURSA features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Bursa. The property features quiet street views and is 400 metres from Green Mosque and 400 metres from Green Tomb. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, luggage storage space and free WiFi. I liked that the apartment had modern finishes, and was clean and tidy. The air-con worked well for the heat and there were multiple charging points for my family to make use of. The host was also very attentive and provided lift access for my parents. A note that there still is one short flight of stairs but totally bearable. We had a terrace with lovely views of the surroundings. The location was also in walking distance of the green mosque and multiple convenience stores and eating places to choose from. It was a bit of a struggle via public transport to get to the apartment, but that’s no fault to the host. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer

We loved being able to step out and immediately immerse ourselves in the vibrant local life, discover fresh produce, and find unique souvenirs. It made exploring Bursa on foot incredibly easy and enjoyable, with many key attractions just a short stroll away. Bursa Suites Apart Hotel is an ideal choice for families seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent service. This hotel has a ski school and a ski pass sales point and ski equipment hire and bike hire are available. Guests can enjoy meals and non-alcoholic beverages at the on-site restaurant. We are having a good time with the stuff skiing the room. The stuff shafiqu is wonderful and takes care of us. Good, the food, excellent, no comment 👍 we will be back next year inshaallah

We had a beautifully designed hotel room in an Ottoman-style house with an epic view on the entire city. It is located close to the silk market (recommend to visit). The hotel has a beautiful, scenic backyard to relax, eat in the restaurant and enjoy the amazing (!) breakfast they offer in the morning. Very friendly staff and very clean room and bathroom.
