On the second day, she even upgraded us from our initial apartment on the fourth floor to a more spacious one on the first floor, which was greatly appreciated. I’d also like to highlight the helpfulness of her friend and assistant, Hulya, who changed our towels and handled our laundry. I will gladly recommend them to my friends and acquaintances and plan to stay in their apartments again on future visits to Bursa.
