Second time here, the staff, the room, the rooftop, the food quality, the price, the location - absolute perfection. Not kidding when I say this should defo be a 5 star hotel. Been to hotels all around the world, but the service in this hotel is unmatched. Would come back to Bursa just to stay there, no kidding it's that good! This was truly one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays I’ve ever had in Turkey. The check-in was fast and smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a more suitable one since I was traveling with a child — which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
