Holiday Inn Bursa - City Centre offers accommodation in Bursa, just a few steps from Kent Meydani Shopping Centre. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and restaurant. Khaled at the front desk was extremely helpful even before we arrived.. Every staff member was courteous, helpful, and pleasant. They should give lessons to other hotels throughout Turkey on how to exceed customer service. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, roomy, responsive, convenient location, one of the best breakfast spreads. Asked for fried eggs special, and they delivered without batting an eye.

This was truly one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays I’ve ever had in Turkey. The check-in was fast and smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a more suitable one since I was traveling with a child — which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Situated near forests on the slopes of the Uludağ, Kaya Uludag is located 22 km from Bursa. Ski slopes are located 10 metres from the property. Hotel personal is incredibly polite and helpful! Especially Mr. Sarkan and Mr. Hakan who are responsible for guest relations are fantastic! I have never seen such wonderful people!
