The property is big and perfect for families with children — our kids had plenty of space to run and play freely. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The apartment has two terraces, one for relaxation with comfortable chairs, a table and a rocking chair, the second - with a clothes dryer. The contents of the kitchen were impressive - there is a full set of dishes for serving, two types of electric coffee makers (filter and Turk), an electric kettle for Turkish tea. Well-groomed adjacent territory - green grass, fruit-bearing pomegranate and lime trees - very beautiful! Living here we felt safe - the area around is fenced and equipped with a video surveillance system. Access to the area and the room is provided by coded electronic locks (detailed video instructions were sent to us when booking), very convenient! The manager of the apartments Mr. Riza was always in touch and promptly answered all our questions. In addition, we were provided with a transfer to the airport, the car was delivered on time, and the trip was as comfortable as possible. We are impressed by the quality and level of accommodation in these apartments, thank you very much!

First of all I liked the price when I booked. Once I arrived I was impressed with location. The room was not large but it was clean. We had everything we needed. The staff was helpful. He not just welcomed us, but he was able to speak Kazakh to us. For the price we pid it was an excellent deal.
