The staff was very friendly and professional. We had some water leaking in the original room but the staff response was very fast and they changed our room in minimal time. They also accomodated our every need for early check in, luggage care, spa access even before check in and after check out. Not to mention the spa treatments which are also amazing and very well priced. The food was also perfect, i would say it was one of the best restaurants in bodrum altogether.

I cannot find any negative feedback. Everything was super super perfect. The location is great. Staff are super friendly. Breakfast is great. Both Pools are lovely. We enjoyed the outside space and the washing machine was very useful. The staff were exceptional, the two young ladies on reception were always ready with a smile and welcome, both were lovely but we must make a special mention of Melis who was mainly on reception when we were coming and going and always ready to smile and have a chat, asking us how our day was etc.

There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults, which made the experience enjoyable for the whole family. We especially appreciated the room upgrade and the thoughtful treats – it was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Their thoughtfulness shines, like when they prepared a breakfast package for our early checkout without us even asking. The charming Turunç area, with its handcraft shops, homemade food, and scenic mountain views, makes the experience even more special. Highly recommended!
