The staff were fantastic. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the ferry and stored our luggage until we could check in as well as giving us tips and maps for things to see. Later, instead of having to take a bus back, a local lady drove us back to the hotel. When we went for a walk up to the nearby Family Mart, it started to rain so the lady from the front desk brought us raincoats and picked us up in the car, and she was waiting again after our night visit to see the Blue Tears since it had begun to rain again. Absolutely top-notch and caring service from the staff. The local breakfast was also delicious, and the room was stylish and comfortable.

The manager was very friendly. He picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry. He also gave recommendations about walking on the island (walk slowly!). The breakfasts provided were fun and the room was large and clean. The location was very central. A great place to stay on Dongyin Island.

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice common area downstairs to sit in. We had a great ocean view in the charming Jinsha village. The owner was so nice, giving us rides to and from the airport and giving us recommendations. When our flight was canceled, he even helped us get ferry tickets to get back to mainland Taiwan. I highly recommend this spot.

A small homestay by the beach, with a very helpful owner who recommend restaurants, planned day trips for me, while communicating via Google translate. If you enjoy hiking and history this island is incredible, but be prepared for steep paths and tracks. Would definitely recommend The Crab House (Hai Lao Wu) or on booking.com Eternal Seaside House. 🙂
