The place was fantastic, the staff and owner were really friendly, the attention was perfect, also they helped us a lot finding a bus heading to tanga at 6 am, which in the Arusha station could be really difficult for tourists at that time in the morning.

My friends and I loved Mina Chai House and it was the highlight of our time in Arusha-- we even booked a second stay after our safari! The location is secure, the rooms/beds are super comfortable, and everything is spotless. Seriously, whoever cleans this house should get a raise. Zena, the manager, is a very warm person and made our stay feel like we were at home. We also had dinner at the property made by Asha and it was delicious (and they make it spicy if you ask, unlike a lot of places for tourists!). Stay here if you can! Even my friends who are used to luxury hotels said this place was lovely and wanted to come back a second time.

Excellent hotel, worth the drive (slightly further away from the center in a pretty, quiet neighborhood, 15-minute drive from the airport). Spacious and very clean room, furnished with taste (also, huge bed), very friendly staff, excellent food. I loved everything about it!

We stayed for two nights at Kutoka after climbing Kilimandjaro and could not have hoped for a better place to recover! Very nice welcome, kindest staff and extremely confortable rooms. Food was excellent (homemade). We warmly recommend!

Aah where do I even start, We went to Tanzania coming from South Africa for our 30th wedding anniversary, we did safari for 3 days, culture for 2 days and we spent our last 2 days at this supa stunning hotel, wow, a real gem, all staff well trained and customer centric, the gardens are little Eden, paradisic. And the guy who manages the coffee and farm is a true asset to the hotel, he offered us a tour through the amazing garden and took us through the coffee making process. And the reception team, security guys, always willing to assist, the hospitality staff at the breakfast dining hall, the manager at the roof top, they sang for us celebrating our 30th .
