Lovely hotel, soundproofing in the rooms, great beds and bathroom. The staff is amazing. I will definitely stay here again

Second stay here, which is a great transit hotel if you are passing through Ternopil. We booked a deluxe room, same as last time, and this room was a bit disappointing. Not sure why, it was a different shape and seemed smaller. That said, it was clean, bed was fine, shower was good, although water not hot. We will stay again, to decide which stay was the norm, but staff were great, it's location for travelling through is great, and the on-site restaurant is also excellent.

Always a great stay, best located hotel in Ternopil, staff always 5 star. Building older style, but views over lake lovely, suites are huge and beds comfortable, pillows new and very welcome.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a quiet part of town. The staff is wonderful. The restaurant makes the best English breakfast I have ever eaten. This is a superb place to stay, wether for work or pleasure.

We stay here whenever passing through, its great value, excellent location, and well run. no criticism at all.

Superbly located with excellent parking facilities, rooms spotless very clean , staff are amazing made me feel at home. By far the best hotel I have stayed during my stay in Ukraine. Have returned several times, will always book here for future stays, the restaurant which is independent to the hotel could do with better food and staff. But due to the great location of the hotel food is very readily available by delivery or 2 minutes taxi drive your right in the centre Excellent hotel I would rate this 5*s

Absolutely lovely appartment. There is everything you need. Good location. It's not my first stay in this flat and I would come again.
