Exceptionally clean throughout, towels replaced and bed made halfway through 2-night stay, good selection at breakfast, all day coffee and filtered water, great location one block from subway, 15 minutes to Times Square. Staff was friendly. Accommodations are very basic - like a hostel or dorm room - but spotlessly clean and comfortable.

The price of accommodation in New York is the most expensive in the world, considering that the price I paid in this place was ok, in other places It would be the same price to stay in a shared room with more people, so here I It was Just me in the Room.
The place is very simple, small rooms, no windows and little furniture, but I felt safe there. Shared bathrooms were ok, reception ok. And they helped me with my luggage, I left it there after checkout without any problems.
Close to the subway, cheap area for meals, this helped a lot.

Reception staff were friendly and very helpful during our stay.
The accommodation is a 10min walk from Central Park and has subway stations nearby. There is also many supermarkets within walking distance.

Good hotel in a safe location. Great accommodations for Jewish visitors, including kosher meals and late checkout on Saturdays (I myself am not Jewish but I appreciated it!). Room was very spacious, would be great for a family. Both the living room and bedroom had ACs. I found the air a little dry, so perhaps a humidifier could be helpful.
