Overall I really liked our stay at Indigo Hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It is in easy walking distance to some attractions (like Brooklyn Bridge, Battery Park, One World Trade Center) and has several subway stops nearby. I especially want to thank the staff. They were always very friendly and helpful when we had any questions.

This was probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in during my lifetime. The layout of the room and facilities and features that were in the room couldnt have been better. The staff were exceptional and no requests were too large or too small. The little touches like excellent coffee on tap with an honesty bar, croissants etc. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will use it whenever I get back to NYC. Oh yes the location was perfect

Nice staff, very nice and big room, AC working fine, loved the shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and so on. We had a bedroom AND a livingroom, two big screen LG Smart TVs, in the bedroom we’ve been able to use our YouTube Premium Account on the TV, and in the livingroom via a HDMI cable (our cable) we’ve been able to connect our MacBook to watch our pre-downloaded Movies and Series. Uber Eats at the end of a 13.000 steps day with those big TVs was so nice. Lots of power outlets, lots of lights, the bed and sofa very comfy, we loved it. Never been to USA before, but the facilities are way higher up than Europe. There are 4 Star Hotels in Europe that only offer 2 power outlets, and we’ve come here with 2 iPhones, 2 Apple Watches, one MacBook, one iPad, two Beats Solo 3, 2 portable power banks, so yeah, the many power outlets in the room were very, very helpful. Especially after a 9 and a half hours non-stop flight from Bucharest.
