Staff were really friendly and helpful. Very smiley reception staff. Room was a very good size for New York, including a much bigger than average bathroom. Beds were comfy. Room was very clean and well maintained. Very quiet - we all slept well. Location was fantastic, with really easy subway links to attractions all over New York. We didn't use the restaurant on site (although it looked very nice) but there are lots of good places to eat nearby. A few minutes walk to the World Trade Centre. Great view of Trinity Church and Alexander Hamilton's grave from our window. Area felt very safe.

A wonderful apartment in New York’s Financial District. The space is cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. It has everything you need for both a short or long stay, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. As a nice bonus, the apartment was stocked with delicious coffee and tea, soft robes, and the internet connection was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return and happily recommend this place to our friends and family.

This place really hits different. I chose it because it’s part of Design Hotels, and I was genuinely amazed from the moment I arrived. The room was beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and clean, and the bathroom was something special. I was given a high floor, and the view was spectacular. You can tell the entire hotel was designed by real professionals — the attention to detail is impressive. I felt comfortable and welcomed throughout my stay. The staff were professional yet warm, which made everything even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
