The room was superb, very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The food in the restaurant was excellent, especially the spinach in garlic, braised mushrooms and breakfast seafood pho. All the staff were delightful. Cycling around the area was a delight.

Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The lady who helped us was very friendly and could speak English well. There was sufficient secure parking available, and the location is close to everything you need. (Restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, banks, clothing shops) all around good value for money.
