The air-conditioned accommodations are 1.1 miles from Glicerio Marques Stadium. it was a short stay, just a few hours before my flight but I loved it - very nice owner, she greeted me as I was a family member, the room was spacious and had everything you need and even more - I could have lived there for a week lol - a fridge, coffee maker, micro oven, AC worked properly and the bed was very comfortable. Calling Uber to the house wasn't a problem at 3 am.
