Super welcoming, got pet friendly room at no fees. So even if this hotel is more expensive in the future, i will keep going there. Enough of the greedy business owner charging 20-25$ Per PET.
The receptionist was kind, smiling and very helpful.
The parking was easy. I got a 22foot sprinter and parked in front of fhe hotel. They also offer underground parking.
Restaurants all around, great location. The room was clean lobby as well. Will only do business with them from now on!

Likely the nicest, most modern hotel room in the city, and we have stayed at them all! The building is under new management and most of the reviews do not reflect the updates.

The Atlin terminal area was interesting and the Visitors information receptionist, Jadenen, extremely helpful and enthusiastic about sharing ideas of her city.Of course, nothing could top the catamaran trip out to the Great Khutzeymateen Grizzly Sanctuary and only reinforces how fortunate we are to have it preserved...it is truly magnificent and the staff on board the catamaran were top notch with information and service on board.

There is some amazing history surrounding the city and ports. The location is breathtaking for those looking to get a feel for the North Coast. The downtown is reinventing itself but areas around the shore. Cow Bay et al are very unique, great art, carving, clothing, jewelry and such.
The Cannery at Port Edwards is absolutely necessary and take half the day to really get immersed ion the history and culture.
Sunsets over the islands are magical.

If you're OK with walking in the rain, there is a lot PR has to offer: Great restaurants and shops! The people in general are friendly! The air is clean and soft. The ocean is gorgeous especially when it's sunny. You can easily go kayaking with different outfits that take you. There are a number of really great trails to walk. The cannery site in Port Ed is well worth the trip out there and the food there is amazing. There is usually something going on that involves live music and other performances. It's got a nice vibe. People tend to be unpretentious and down to Earth. But one thing I noticed is that the number of East Indians is huge and I felt like a minority....it feels like an invasion...I am not racist but it was so noticeable. It's too much.
