From the moment I arrived, Mahmoud Nasr at the reception made me feel incredibly welcomed and like a truly special guest—his hospitality set the tone for a great stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from Soho Square, making it very convenient. The staff overall were friendly and pleasant throughout. I’d also like to give special thanks to Ashraf, who was very proactive and helpful by the pool, always ensuring we had what we needed, and Mostafa at the pool bar as well for his nice smile and great service! The amenities were excellent, offering everything I could ask for to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food and beverage options were simply brilliant, with a wide variety of delicious choices that catered to all tastes.
