Absolutely amazing property! There are no words to describe how incredible my stay at Apartmento Luxor was. The apartment is amazing, it has absolutely everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Close to many bars to eat, supermarket and shopping centre. I would recommend it to anyone. Also the owner was really helpful and looked after everything.

The city springs to life during the first two weeks in...
The city springs to life during the first two weeks in september: Feria de Albacete - a bit like the spanish version of the "Oktoberfest in Munich".
A leasurely walk through the city will take half a day on flat terrain. Since Albacete is famous for knife production don´t miss the Knife Museum.

We used as a stop over, after collecting family from Madrid Airport, but the medieval town is a gem of a find. Very beautiful, full of little bars in the small square.
We had a few drinks and tapas in a lovely welcoming bar called

Unfortunately we experienced heavy rain at times during our visit which hampered us getting about at times which could not be helped.
Advise booking in advance if eating out in the evenings as restaurants fill up very quickly.

In my opinion, a traditional spanish city.
In my opinion, a traditional spanish city. Did rather poor in English, but it didn't matter, people were mostly friendly and to understood (also our poor Spanish) and be understood. The city was nice to walk. Coincided with our visiting time was Feria de Albacete which was a nice surprise for us
