The hotel just a 10-minute drive from the Cité Médiévale and the center of Carcassonne. It is 2625 feet from exit "ouest" on the A61 Motorway. The rooms are basic but this is expected as the hotel is functional and just to spend the night in while in transit. We arrived late and although the automatic key machine was not working, when we called the hotel we had access to the key through another method.

Premiere Classe Carcassonne is located in La Bouriette, near the Deux-Mers motorway A61 and 3 minutes from the airport. Free WiFi is provided. All air-conditioned rooms have a work area and a TV. The best thing about the property was the person on the reception desk when we arrived. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he couldn’t have been more helpful… answering all our queries with a smile.

Domaine du Prieuré Couvent & Presbytère offers villa accommodations located in Grèzes, a 10-minute drive from Carcassone. One villa is a former convent and the other is a former presbytery. Owners were so helpful and the house was amazingly cool. So much fun to see everything they had done to the property.
