Excellent service, attentivness. I had the feeling that the hosts actually cared about the guests and were not must “running a business”. I really appreciated the flexibiliy around the checkin time and also the earlier than usual breakfast.

The staff was wonderful, and the hotel was perfect for a one-night stay on the road. Everything, clean and comfortable. Sercure and convenient parking. Breakfast included pancakes and maple syrup when we were there! Also the prepared supper options were delicious!

The location was perfect for my cousin to be able to pick us up on her way to work in Lourdes and drop us off at the train station so we could go off for the day. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of plates, cups, bowls and silverware so you could just put them in the dishwasher and not have to wash the dishes after eating . The upstairs bathroom was remodeled with a new shower. There were raspberry bushes, a peach tree, an apple tree and a pear tree on the property. All had fruit on them and we were able to enjoy that.

The value for a summer stay was terrific. Parking is free and easy. It is located very conveniently near main roads, but the room is well insulated so there was no road noise. The owners obviously take pride in their hotel. They were happy to speak English to my benefit. The pool is also really nice and sparkling clean too.

Ann and Gilles are wonderful hosts and determined to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Gilles speaks good english. Beautifully fitted out gite with all the things you need. Quality equipment, comfortable bed and a lovely shower room. Outside table and easy chairs to let you take in the gorgeous views in peace and quiet, surrounded by nature. Plenty of parking in a very quiet village.

Loved the sound of the brook running by, the great walnut tree, the chickens in the garden. Also wonderful walks in the surroundings, great bakery and shops with all essentials within 3 minutes walk. If you need to work from this place make sure you have internet connection - a European sim card was enough for my limited use.
