Excellent value.
Great location for us.
Really didn't expect too much but it really worked well as a stop over at the beginning of our trip. It's perfect location allowing a late afternoon tunnel and a 40 minute drive to get to. Fresh start the following morning.

Etaples for us is a fantastic location for exploring the underrated area. Close to superb beaches and lots of places to visit, we can enjoy it on our own or with our children and grandkids.
Self catering allows us to make the most of the local markets and fish stalls and halls.

Very elegant town with attractive residential neighbourhoods...
Very elegant town with attractive residential neighbourhoods, great beach, plenty of bars and restaurants but fairly compact. We had 2 nights but could have done more to visit places further away like Rouen.
The promenade area will undergo a major redevelopment 2026-2030.
We ar not golfers but understand this is a good place for golf.

Stella-Plage is an unspoilt beach in a well maintained low key town. It is a fabulous beach and I am almost scared to give it a good review as that could increase the number of people visiting to its detriment. Please keep away and leave it to us!

It was a delightful family friendly town, safe for all ages to walk around. Cycling and beach holiday spot. There are only a couple of restaurants and without booking the chances of eating in them are slim as were found. there is a very nice bar for drinks open until quite late and very family friendly.

If you enjoy waking miles along golden sand with very few people then this is the place for you. The beach at Merlimont stretches several kilometres in either direction (Le Toquet to the north; Berck to the south). There are also sand dunes to explore if you want even more adventure.

Fresh produce, especially fish, veg and fruit sold at various markets make it a great place if you like cooking. The town is small but has most facilities and plenty to do, it is close to magnificent beaches and a good base for exploring the area which has much to offer.

The town is lovely, full of gorgeous restaurants and shops and bakeries that are world class. I can highly recommend Manufacture for great home baked biscuits, as well as JoJo's Dough for incredible donuts and more. The beach is soft and sandy with lots of water sports to choose from. There is something for all ages, with a stunning carousel which you to have need cash for. We have now been here twice and we plan to come again with the kids for a nice weekend break. We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Le Touquet which was extremely lovely with a fabulous indoor pool, comfy rooms and very friendly staff.

E'taples is a beautiful place.with every thing you could possibly need. There's a fantastic market which takes up the whole of there square. On a Tuesday also a Friday. There's great places to eat and the people are very friendly.

Le Touquet P P is a very nice, clean, chic town.
Le Touquet P P is a very nice, clean, chic town. A good selection of shops and boutiques along with many bars and restaurants catering for all needs. The beach is exceptionally clean and large, plenty of parking areas along the promenade.
The market is well worth a visit, wander up and down the interconnecting streets admiring the architecture.
Perfect location for families and couples alike.
