Stayed here for 3 nights along my way around the Ring Road to slow down and rest for a couple days. I stayed at a lot of cool places in Iceland and this was my favorite. Absolutely loved the location, the space itself, how cozy/comfortable it was and how quiet it was nestled in nature and 10 minute drive to Husavik. Large enough for a small family and small enough for solo traveler.

This is a truly fabulous place, completely dark and quiet, and we were incredibly privileged to see the northern lights for three September nights on the trot, getting brighter each night. The cabin is well-equipped, and we very much enjoyed our stay. We did not use the BBQ or outdoor heaters but they were there if we had wished to use them. We went whale watching, and GeoSea (hubby not sure if he fancied it, but we went when it opened and it was lovely and quiet. Very nice spa as it is sea water and so does not smell like sulphur... in case the smell bothers you. Hubby agreed afterwards that it was a highlight of our holiday).

We truly enjoyed our stay — the house is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly tucked away in nature, which gave us the privacy and peace we were looking for. We also loved the outdoor seating and the cozy atmosphere overall.

Laxhús is situated in Laxamýri, 85 km from Akureyri. Free private parking is available on site. Husavik is 8 km away. All units feature a flat-screen TV. Some units have a seating area and/or terrace.... Absolutely adorable little cabin with sheep wondering around. So cute!!

This cabin is not the most modern and chic but it felt so cosy and authentic. The lava formations around it were magical and it made for a great first base for us in Iceland and we stayed 2 nights - we really felt like we'd arrived somewhere really different. We love wildlife and were delighted to find a snipe on the porch on the first evening, loads of golden plover (including chicks), redwing and curlew. It was super cold when we arrived (weather obviously not the fault of the owner!) - about 4 degrees C in July, the wind was really going for it too - the small radiators were on and we quickly found the heater and were very cosy in no time. The bedrooms are very compact as is the bathroom but everything worked and was comfortable. We loved the inclusion of a good bean to cup coffee maker too. The location was excellent for days out in Husavik and Myvatn, we would have been happy to even have stayed a bit longer. It is off the beaten track, but the owner gave us super clear directions and we had no trouble finding it at all.

Granastaðir에 자리한 Granastaðir Guesthouse에서는 정원, 무료 전용 주차장, 테라스 등을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 숙소는 고다포스 폭포에서 30km 거리에 있습니다. 후사비크 골프 코스에서 37km 거리에 있는 이 숙소에서는 금연실 이용이 가능합니다. Amazing property and the owner is super nice! We loved waking up to the tranquil sound of the waterfall and sheep on the mountain in the morning.

북 아이슬란드 지역의 후사빅 내에 위치한 Kaldbaks-kot cottages에서 머물러보세요. 숙소는 고다포스 폭포에서 45km 거리에 있으며, 무료 Wi-Fi가 구비된 객실, 어린이 놀이터, 정원, 무료 전용 주차장 등을 제공합니다. 각 객실은 테라스, 냉장고 등의 시설이 완비된 주방, 휴식 공간 소파 베드, TV를 갖추고 있습니다. The cottage was simply amazing, very clean and well equipped. You can park right next to the entrance so it's very easy. The cottages are surrounded by spectacular nature. Next to the cottages there is a lake (and a boat that can be used) And a number of hot tubs where the water is hot sulfur water We were 3 people and stayed in a cottage of 4. There was enough space and very cozy and warm. This was the place we enjoyed the most during our trip to Iceland. We stayed there for 2 nights, which is definitely enough time to enjoy the area and the city of Husavik. Highly recommend
