There was a beautiful view of the sea from my room and a very comfortable futon. I could open the window to let in the fresh air so not having A/C was no problem, and anyway, in the room there’s a cooling device and a fan if needed. The dinner and breakfast package was included in the price, the evening meal was fantastic. Breakfast was a buffet with a very wide variety of things to choose from. There’s a shuttle to take climbers to the beginning of the hiking area . The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the ferry arriving from Wakkanai.

Really good location. Such great staff. Really helpful and nice. Bed was really comfortable.near reataurants and a few bars. The dinner provided was amazing. And the breakfast was also good, but the dinner was next level good. The onsen was brilliant too

Kind and welcoming owner. Kitchen equipped very well, even AirFryer. Female dorm can be locked. Quiet neighbourhood, few tourists. Amazing cycling route. Convenient bus connection to the port.

Great location for hiking round the island, close to the ferry terminal, and close to many of the restaurants. Lovely tatami rooms, staff were very helpful and friendly. A great stay for a very reasonable price.
