The place was absolutely amazing. We felt extremely comfortable from the minute we stepped foot in the house. The house is modern and tastefully furnished with all the amenities needed to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms are really big and beds really comfortable.
We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back.

Great place, great host, amazing communicator.
I've been to this location twice now and will keep coming back. The beach is so.... pure it feels private.
Took a walk into the deep sea with the kids and saw lots of sea creatures... Highly recommend... It's better than the boat rides.
Loved the guides as well and the guard.
Got a massage by the beach 🏖️ too!
Coming back, this time with my parents.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hayce residence. The hosts are really kind and were gracious to accommodate my last-minute request for an extra night.
The house is very clean and Petty is pleasant to interact with and always ready to help.

It is not a place for a holiday, I was there to check on...
It is not a place for a holiday, I was there to check on some of my Property but I was frustrated because I ended up staying for more Days than I had wanted. It is loud and congested.but if one has his own home is Ok but there are other nice places to enjoy and have fun
It easy to get round Mtwapa, by Tax Tuk tuk and motor Bikes and public means of transport called Matatus.

Victoria courts is one of the worst apartment.. will not recommend to any visitor because you will not like the hospitality there.. the rooms were not as per my specification and they didn’t bother to listen to me after reaching out to them severally. I had booked for 5 nights fully paid but had to spend one night and forego the 4 nights. They didn’t refund my money though and the didn’t care. Clients be warned!!!

Its a nice town bustling with activity and its proximity to other amenities such as clubs, many nice restaurants, supermarkets, shops is very nice. Transport is easily available to other parts of the town, very friendly people, a variety of restaurants serving local dishes, barbeque chicken is a favourite and readily available every evening.

The place is okay very comfortable...I loved everything about the place... sitting room bedroom was just perfect.
I would ask you guys to improve on power and wifi connection.I stayed for about 20mins with out power but it was sorted.wifi have no connection on the next day .kindly make sure before one books in their is no power or internet disconnection.thank you
