They picked me up in the airport at 6AM. It’s a 5 min drive away from the airport. Safe, a shop just in front. I came for US consulate, and this hotel is close. I recommend this place.

I have family there so I enjoy going every year.
I have family there so I enjoy going every year. I however will not stay at this hotel again was very disappointed not only in the stop but decline of the hotel. I asked them numerous times to clean the rooms and they never even came in. We didn’t have any towels, the floors were dirty, and there were roaches, the screaming, and the loud music all night long through the weekend was just horrible. We could not even sleep the beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were very flat and old and worn this facility offers absolutely no breakfast only coffee in the lobby. The lobby is nasty and dirty. Just a very old facility and I understand that but it’s not maintained or kept up with, and that was a lot of the problem never again and I will highly recommend to other people not to stay here. It is a little bit cheaper than most hotels in the area, but the extra buck is probably worth it.

I don't like high priced hotels.
I don't like high priced hotels. Seems like $147 a night is a lot to spend. I don't like El Paso Texas in general. Everything looked new, but the elevator floor was needing replacement too, not just the new furniture in rooms. Plus, there's no taking food back to rooms. Staying in the eating area wasn't clean, there was a few eggs and no sausage until we we're getting ready to go back to room.

For your interview consulado ( ciudad Juárez ) you need 6-7 days - this hotel is perfect for your needs !!
Consulate & clinics , walking distance ! No need car - area is safe - restaurants - big mall all you need is there !
Hotel is decent price , community in that area is small so main income is guests that travel for emigration interviews ! This is better option than home stay .
Please don’t expect fancy beds , wide screen TV breakfast buffet !! Free laundry !!! Coffe , snack bar .! Compare prices this a nice hotel for the price ! Good luck in your interview .
( important - if you fly from CBX - Tijuana airport be ware aware , buy one way on the return buy ticket on line for the return ( no airport airline staff all day ) volaris to contact a human operator is poor ! )
This was the only mild negative issue !!!

I was in town on a family emergency but the hotel was amazing and covered all of my needs. I felt at home and the breakfast before leaving to see family in the hospital was great. Evenings we sat around and chatted in the dining and lobby area. Very comfortable. They helped us all get the rooms we really wanted and I would stay again in the future.
