Lovely place with a super friendly owner who was always ready for a chat. We had a room with kitchen downstairs without our own terrace but there is a huge place upstairs where you can enjoy the day in comfortable chairs. There are also rooms with private terraces. I would love to come back one day!

Beds were comfortable. 3 bedroom worked out great for 6 couples and we enjoyed the privacy and large private deck area. Kitchen was well equipped but we only needed to use it for breakfast and snacks.

We loved being right on the beach near (but not on!) the malecon.
The hot tub was hot and the pool was warm. The staff was friendly.
The breakfast was great, with good coffee and tasty options including fresh fruit, sauteed vegetables, and chilaquiles made to order.
Parking was convenient.

Motel-like hotel outside the centre of Loreto with very friendly staff and spaceous rooms. Very quiet, even during carnaval. You park your car inside so it is safe. They have 3 dogs and a (tailles) cat who are all very sweet. A petrol station is straight opposite. The walk to ancient Loreto is 10 minutes, to the harbour 15.

The staff here are so nice and welcoming. My room was really spacious and the bed was really comfy. The main gate is locked at night which helps you feel very safe and secure. The staff accommodated a later check out for me so that I could go for a run and shower after on my last day - so sound of them! The facilities are perfect if you wanted to cook some nights instead of going out to eat. The smart television in the room is a nice touch to be able to watch a show after a long day out and about doing activities. It is really good value for money also

Spend a couple more dollars and go to Loreto Bay. IMO, Loreto is full of "hustlers", is over-priced, and incorrectly reviewed, especially for the Oasis Hotel. I spent $7 more for my room on the return trip. Excellent facilities there.

Definitely less chaotic than Cabo. Relaxing pace with plenty of cool things to see and do. Many pangas at the harbor and the fishing was great. It's best to have several other people with you to share the costs and make it possible to fish multiple days. I'm not a big fan of Mexican food but was pleasantly surprised when I ate at a few of the local restaurants. I tried some of the fish dishes, octopus and squid and other local fare. Also had a great hamburger and fries with a Corona and a coke for $17 U.S.

So lovely—walkable in town and along the beach, friendly people everywhere who forgave my stumbling Espanol, lot’s of restaurants to choose from (Josefa’s was a daily favorite, and we were very happy to discover Restaurante Canipolé—what a treasure!), the variety of outdoor activities (boating to Coronado, touring San Javier, hiking Tabor Canyon, walking through the museum, a tour of the church with local guide Rodolfo). We really enjoyed our stay!
