The staff was friendly and tried to help as much as they could.

Our family of six loved every single thing about Puertas Paraiso! Extra care goes into every tiny little detail and all of the staff here welcome you and treat you like family. The food was authentic, healthy and so delicious. The grounds were immaculate. The rooms were superb. If I could give 11 /10 stars in every category I would… especially the staff- they go above and beyond!!

This hotel offers a fantastic stay with beautiful views, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great location. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The food is delicious, and the property looks exactly like in the pictures. However, there are a few stairs, which might be challenging for elderly guests. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Ricardo and his staff were very hospitable and accommodating. The gardens are beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and shade around the pool when we didn’t go to the beach. The restaurant next door is amazing. Highly recommend this quiet spot in La Ropa

Great location in walking distance of everything you will need. Owners are very friendly, making sure I had everything I needed. Very clean. Fresh sheets and towels every day. Had air conditioning and good water pressure.

It was about a 10 min walk to the beach, not bad at all. The hotel itself was absolutely lovely. The pool area was great and the room we had was spacious and super comfortable. We only stayed one night driving through but it was a great spot and we'd recommend it! The host was very attentive and looked after us the entire time we were there.

Outstanding accommodation, staff, facilities. It was wonderful and thoroughly enjoyed my stay Will be visiting again.

This location is unmatched for the price point, step outside your room and your on a beautiful balcony, take 8 steps down and your on a road, take 20 more steps and you're on the sand. Couldn't of wished for more.
