Clean quiet place to decompress. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

The setting and hotel are beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very relaxing place with easy access to Barra de Navidad, a quaint little Mexican town.

Pool. Location, not so far away from restaurants. Go to Le Quetzal de Laura restaurant

The staff was very nice and helpful. They really put un an effort. I loved the bed it was suuuuper comfy. I had a really nice stay.

The room and grounds are very nice. The pool is fantastic and big enough to swim laps. Breakfasts were excellent and staff were very kind.

We liked the location, it's a great beach, very clean, friendly and very helpful staff, amazing food, great welcome wine. Comfortable and good connection to the internet. It is very easy to organise everything from overseas. A great choice for family holidays.

Staff was amazing and kind. The shows were great, and an amazing way to close up the day. The beach is quite private, so not much people or people selling things. The food is great, and there is so much of it.

The pool was great. The shower head and water pressure were not great. It took a long time for the hot water to reach our unit. Location , very good. And Mary, the proprietor, was very nice and accommodating. Second time we've stayed there and we will definitely be going back. Forgot to mention the house keeping was excellent too.

Paola was a friendly and efficient receptionist. The Pool area and the room was very clean. The staff were cleaning the entire area in the morning.

Great location, simole but has everything you need.

Location was great, central and convenient. Air conditioning was a bonus and worked well. Everything was clean and tidy and the young man who was managing the front desk was super helpful.

The staff were very kind, the location was excellent for being right in town by the plaza and the pool was great.

This hotel is a TOTAL FRAUD. Lies on the website: no on site private parking (street only), not a beachfront property, and not one tennis court nearby. I requested on site parking because my car (American lic plate) has been broken into 5 times in past 2 years when parked on Mexican street. When I told the manager that I NEEDED it and picked his hotel because his site said they had it, he asked me to leave. I said I would if there was no charge. He said "No charge" so I left and I GOT CHARGED for an entire week. THIS PLACE IS A BIG LIE, DO NOT BOOK THERE!
