Yanni and Kristi are the best at making sure the drinks are flowing. Kristi is so attentive that she swooped in and took away a dish that had stuff I was allergic to. That is customer care ❣️ The pool is a very nice depth to swim and is always clean. This is a boutique so it offers an intimate experience which allows friendships among staff and guests. liked that Playa Grande allowed us to participate in their yoga and aquafit classes. Eileen frees you up to just enjoy your vacation. She can organize tours so you can just enjoy your vacation.
