It was run by a lovely family, who were always willing to help the guests. The room was simple and minimal but clean and met my needs. the wifi worked well. You can have beer or tea at the nice dinning area. they also cooked very nice food.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the smiling reception team. We experienced nothing but professionalism, such a delight. The team were polite, professional and caring, and we experienced this in every department. Obviously a well run Hotel. We had three meals in the restaurant… lunch, dinner and breakfast. All professionally served and the food was excellent. The buffet breakfast had everything you could ask for … even an Italian espresso coffee machine ! My wife and I have been in the hospitality industry for over 40 years, and it was such a pleasure to be served by a team who obviously enjoyed their jobs and we’re proud to be in the industry too! This was my second time staying at the same hotel in Kakarvita, and once again, the quality was impressive. Everything was fine – clean rooms, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I really appreciated the consistency in hospitality. If I could offer one small suggestion: offering a complimentary coffee upon arrival would make the experience even more welcoming. Other than that, everything else was great. Looking forward to my next visit!
