O Palace Hotel Astúrias & Spa beneficia de uma localização privilegiada, mesmo junto às termas, o que o torna uma excelente opção para quem procura usufruir da oferta termal da região sem necessidade de deslocações. Gostámos do pequeno-almoço e os quartos eram confortáveis. Teríamos ficado mais uma noite se houvesse disponibilidade no hotel.

Everything!!! Air conditioning in the room was awesome! If you are a person who gets hot, it is very cold but you can also turn it down or off if not a cold person. Very rare in my travels to Portugal. Rooms are huge for the money!! Breakfast was great with lots of choices! Everyone was very nice and spoke lots of languages. Overall, one of best experiences in Portugal!!

Honestly, there was very little not to like. Everything was very well done and made for a great experience

Everything, from the welcoming reception, comfortable room, super breakfast, amazing spa with outdoor pool, delicious meals at the bar and restaurant, to the sympathy of the staff. We will always return!

This is an amazing property , our apartment was excellent, clean , beautiful! All the staff super nice, restaurant with excellent local ingredients and of course the farm ❤️!!! We didn’t want to leave…I actually booked the apartment by a mistake , but for sure it was the best mistake I made on our month long stay in Portugal and Spain !

The staff was so helpful and caring, they went above and beyond to make sure everything went right during my stay.

Location is perfect. Also the standard ibis quality and functionality of everything. Size of the room and bathroom are agsin perfect. AC works perfect. Parking situation not the simplest, but with a motorcycle one (or even a group) can get away parking on the sidewalk against the wall of the hotel building. Sraff is nice and efficient.

The Staff was very friendly informative and hardworking always available to give information no matter what time of day. The rooms were large , Very clean, You could look out from your balcony and see the action going on and you could go downstairs and be in the center of it all. The parking in Chaves is rough in the summer but we were given a access to the garage all we had to was ask. Very happy we stayed there and will likely continue to do do.

Lovely hotel, nice design details, room was spacious and clean, great towels, great location for walking around Chaves. Breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit was lovely, plentiful choice of other items
