We have just had a short stay in The Marriott ToneSuites. (family of 5 adults). Spacious rooms with wonderful staff, extremely pleasant and helpful, particularly Donna. She gave us lots of ideas for things to see and do in the vicinity. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast in spotless surroundings, a pool which we didn’t have a chance to avail of. A wonderful shuttle service available to guests to and from the airport, to the shopping mall etc. we thoroughly recommend it. We will definitely return. Jacqueline & Family. Galway. Ireland 🇮🇪

It's the best Hotel I have ever seen in SC till now, very clean rooms as same as what we seen, well equiped perfect breakfast, so friendly staff, excellent location in front of Tanger outlet, other shopping centers and service. No doubt I will come again with my Family, I highly recommend it to everyone.

excellent staff, mainly Molly, shuttle driver and rest of front-desk. they really helped me to return to airport in time and in a very comfortable condition. apart from that, excellent premises, room & bed.

The hotel is very clean and cozy. The staff greeted us friendly and checked us in a couple of hours early. The breakfasts were excellent and tasty. The room was clean and had everything you need. Good location, 20 minutes to the center. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel, extraordinary design, friendly staff, lovely bar, good location relatively near downtown. In other words, hardly to top.

The food services were great. The staff was also quick to help me recover an item left in my room after checkout.

I've never felt so welcome in a hotel as I have here. All the staff here are just wonderfully helpful and dedicated to their roles. They take every request seriously and follow through. It feels more like staying with a family, honestly. Jamie and the rest of the front desk team were just awesome. I had a package delivered to the hotel and they were super cool about it. Moving rooms was also no problem. The free shuttle service was an absolute lifesaver - dependable, on time, and quick. The drivers we had (Lamont, Nate, Ms Tara, Ms Jeanette) were amazing. They know the city well and gave us so many tips. They don't just work in Charleston, they LIVE here, so they really know what it's really like and provide a valuable perspective. I wouldn't recommend walking to downtown from the hotel as you'd need to cross a highway and along a thin sidewalk. You can definitely walk west past the Waffle House to the other stores and restaurants though. Our booking included free breakfast so we were in the restaurant every day. Vegans: you can have the vegetable wrap without the cheese and it's delicious. The staff here - Alvaro, Joe, Mario, and JoJo - are heroes. Greeting us every day and knowing our special dietary accommodations without even asking. The team here went out of their way to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Please say hi to them, ask them how they are. This is how to get the best out of visiting a place. Remote workers: the lobby has power points and plenty of seating. Free coffee in the morning! The building and decor is old, but is clean and it works. It doesn't detract from the experience. Don't let this deter you from coming here! Thank you, Holiday Inn team! You really made our trip even more special.

Brilliant location, super friendly staff, quick elevators, huge space, delicious breakfast with good variety, easy access via bus from airport, 100% would stay here again!

The breakfast was truly exceptional. The price was fair but when we tried to return a few days later it was price prohibitive - about 50% higher so we stayed elsewhere in the area.

Great Staff from the moment I entered coming from Buffalo, NY‼️ The first GaL (I cannot remember Her Name) That Greeted Me as I checked in, was Great‼️ She told Me Her Mother’s Name is Audrey, like Mine‼️ Then, I met Debra the next day, & She also was Helpful & Great‼️ Everyone I encountered was Great‼️ The GaL who prepared breakfast was Great, too, & food Delicious & I told Her so‼️

Everything was great, especially the lady that checked me in. The front desk staff was great.

All staff were friendly and really helpful including the shuttle bus drivers to and from the Airport. Breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend this hotel!
