The ladies in the Bistro were a delight and very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Restaurant has good food and even thought they were low on staff their service was great!!

Room was big and bed was comfortable The breakfast was good Steakhouse next door was fantastic

Nothing was open. We had to leave the location to go out for breakfast.

Always clean, the staff is ALWAYS welcoming. The rooms are so comfortable. The food is good and the Smoked Old Fashion is better! I stay here every time when I come to Columbus. So much so, most of the staff know me by name. Lol! Love it here!

The property was beautiful. Everything was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The furniture was modern and the room was comfortable.

The price I paid matched the expectations, but the Staff was just great. All of them, from the receptionist to the room service, have been very professional and empathic. Very nice place, reasonable price and very good breakfast.

Nice cleaned rooms which have probably been completely reconditioned recently. Several restaurants in the vicinity; if you are sick of eating junk fast food, you should try the "Wabasso restaurant" for excellent sushis.

The location is perfect. The breakfast was fine. The internet speed was OK.

I like the quite hallways and how they kept the hall clean and also how they didn't mess with you in the morning
