Food options(non chain) were amazing, historic downtown has nice and Riverwalk was very pretty.
Smoke Bar and Grill, Mi Mexico and Animal Farm were where we ate and we cannot suggest them enough!
Infantry museum was huge and fun.
Everyone was very nice especially the lady at the visitor center. She was amazing. Found a stamp for our passport book and gave us all kinds of recommendations that had we been staying longer we'd have definitely done.

Only thing I didn't like was they upgraded my room due to lack of proper service on previous trip there.But when I w8to extend my dates they charged full price saying because I was in a upgraded room ..I'm Like excuse me Sir You Put Me in that room..Now you change up just to cost me more money ..2 nights $149.00 extended night $80 Dollars..Wish they had a more confidential service.Other than the surcharge Everything else was Decent

Main coffee machines and lobby broken. For the entire day. Breakfast minimal on satisfactory. Coffee machine in room broken could not be fixed for entire stay. Pool broken unavailable. Snack and drink rum barely stocked. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Highway pass through town with very little to offer.
Highway pass through town with very little to offer. A little dangerous and sketchy feeling. Seemed to be a lot of distressed people really struggling. Drug paraphernalia on the street, people digging through trash outside the hotel. Just a sad feeeling quick stop a few miles before entering the wonderfully clean and exciting town of Columbus.

Our trip was too short—we definitely wished we had more time to explore. A few spots near the hotel seemed a little run-down, but even with that, we still enjoyed ourselves and wished we could’ve stayed longer.

The people are so friendly and helpful.
The people are so friendly and helpful. Lots to see and amazing restaurants . The best thing was the people! We traveled at Christmas and if you caught someone’s eye they always said Merry Christmas or at least hi! Not like the west coast
