The whole house was modern, very clean and comfortable. Everything was well thought and arranged. It was equipped with everything we needed. It has two bedrooms with their own bathroom. It's a plus. It has another bathroom in the living room. It has free parking car in the yard. The host, Shukai is very kind and friendly. I highly recommend!

The property was clean and easy access to the freeway. Was quiet and clean. The staff was amazing. Janine at the front desk was very patient in checking us in. Pool was a good size and clean. Starbucks is right across the street for your coffee needs even though a small coffee pot is in the room. There’s a mall nearby and lots of great restaurants in the surrounding area. None walking distance to the hotel though. That was the only downfall.

Avoid this place at all costs. Lower then sayisfactory condition. Dirty sheets, employees that lie, they are trying to steal my deposit, it would be hard to give this place a reason to even keep a deposit. Tv didn’t even work for over half the stay. No fire alarm, only wires hanging from the ceiling, bed was a mattress laced on wood, not a box spring and mattress lol just a mattress on wood. They don’t care about your comfort and there was mold, rust and terrible old condition. Like a ‘80’s hotel out in the desert. If you complain they will just lie, not care and make an excuse, while trying to get more money out of you. Way over priced plus I was over charged the rate I was supposed to get.

Love the view of the Santa Anita Park from my window. The check in staff, as well as the room services and maintenance of room were excellent !
My only complain is that the food served in the Restaurant is poor to regular , and the services needs work ( manners, introducing themselves etc)

Hotel is at the center of chinese community.. Information need to communicate and also need to speak in english when they take your credit card or any payment. Also they need to explain to guest that this room is not that big as the other rooms. They need to learn how to communicate all the people in the information..if room is small The pay should be lower and the bigger room should be higher.

I liked everything about this room. It's new, squeaky clean. I get my own private entrance and exist which I appreciate. As much as I like the host I like that I don't have to bump into him every time we're going in or out of the unit. They have fridge and microwave which was excellent for our usage. We don't plan to cook so we didn't need to pay extra for other units with kitchen. The location was close proximity to all the attractions. We love it here and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely horribly run motel. FITHLY & incompetent night time check in receptionist. Gave us 3 IN USE rooms he was supposed to be managing before we got a 4th room & only stayed because it was so late at night. It was so filthy we used our own sheets & pillows + we did NOT dare shower here. We also put a table in front of the door to make sure overnight he didnt try to come in to give another poor guest our room. So not worth the cheap price ((,:
Thankfully got a refund by the motel itself the next morning to cancel our second night.

Santa Anita Racetrack is nearby. And a drive through Sierra Madre to the foothills is lovely. The L.A. County Arboretum is cool. The real jewel is The Derby Restaurant next door to the Embassy Suites. No better prime rib or steak anywhere. The Derby has it all.

The room was clean and comfy. Large bathroom and nice fridge. Owner/manager was super sweet. Greeted us with a smile even though we checked in at midnight. The only down side was there was no water in the vending machine. Only soda.
