The restaurant was wonderful. Amazing staff. My room was okay. Stayed in a king room. Basically the basement and very cutoff from anything the hotel offers. I only got cell reception in half the room. Peeling wallpaper and rooms not updated. No outdoor lighting. My view was dirt and a cement wall falling in. Had to drive to the main section.

We only stayed at this motel because it was close to where we wanted to go. The location was good. Next time we will stay in Erie which has better options for food and things to do. There is only one eating establishment close to this motel, but it is right off of the I-90.

Erie was just a one-night stopover on our way to Indianapolis, and so even though this was our second time in the city, I really cant' say much about. We went to some good restaurants, and the waterfront is in the process of a major renovation. That'll be very welcome to locals and visitors for sure.
We visited Presque Isle and will visit again in a few days on our way back from Indiana. I'm really looking forward to it because Presque Isle and Lake Erie are really beautiful.

Fishing at avonia beach and walnut creek was great. There is so much to see. We are planning to go again to Erie fishing but not staying at Quality inn & Suites. Motel was dirty and dated. Was very easy to get to restaurants and to go shopping.

Erie offers many wonderful outings for summer visitors. The lake, beaches, museums and restaurants were wonderful. When the weather is great the beaches, boating & life on the lake can be very pleasant. If the weather does not cooperate, there is plenty to do and see around town. The people servicing out of towners were top notch.
The only draw back, the city is undergoing major renovations and up-grades and the detours make it a little difficult to navigate around town.
