Massard is really greater Fort Smith.
Massard is really greater Fort Smith. This area is neat, prosperous, and orderly, to my eyes. We came down to ride the trolley (not in full operation right now), visit the Parrot Island water park, and ride the train in Creekmore Park.

Visiting family in Fort Smith. We picked up fresh vegetables at the Farmers market. Nice pastry. Great selection.
Enjoyed Fort smith Coffee company and walking through the parks.
Looking forward to going back to explore even more of the town and surrounding areas.

I loved the old down town area.
I loved the old down town area. Met an artist friend and attended the stunning Arts on Main Gallery. The afternoon performance by school students ant the theater next door was so much fun. A performance with dancing by several age groups of students performing ‘Alice in Wonderland’ ate a wonderful meal at the pasta Grille. Rode the free trolley and learned about VB. Shopped some of the neat little shoppes in old downtown, and the Vault is a very unique building. There’s plenty of parking and the people are so friendly. A lively place to visit and then there is the bookstore. A great place to sit and visit and find lots of treasures to read. The coffee was great according to my friend, I don’t drink coffee. Pastries were very good! A wide variety of little shoppes. Then there is the train that comes in from Springdale and drops passengers off. Then returns later to take passengers back. Wonderful murals painted by students down by the river was a must see. I loved VB.

Very small casino and resort but very nice and quiet rooms. Once we shut our door to our room we couldn't hear a thing. Nice big rooms along with comfy beds. Location wasn't the best . Just not much to do around there but if you have the time Van Buren and Fort Smith are about 15 minutes away I believe. We did some antique shopping there and had a great visit. Definitely will visit again. Really nothing negative to say.

I did not like how dirty the room and bathroom were.
I did not like how dirty the room and bathroom were. The carpet was stained and my bedding had multiple stains, a burn on the top cover, and the material around the outside of my bed frame was absolutely filthy. The view from our room was nothing but about 25 mattresses piled up outside my window. I wanted to relax by the pool and the pool was completely shut down. I left a day early. I would not recommend this hotel and I really deserve to get a refund.

Museums very interesting and staff very knowledgeable. Joni guided us and gave us a lot of information. Miss Laura’s Visitor Center is a very interesting place. It was a great little stop off point for us while heading toward Arizona. Ate at Anna’s restaurant. Good food.

Easy to find, very comfortable room.
Easy to find, very comfortable room. Staff was friendly (exception the breakfast staff person) but sure they will remedy that when they are made aware of the problem. Clean facility , with plenty of towels and little amenities.

We stayed one night at the Grand Mansion, Our room was very nice. It looked like a bed & breakfast place at one time but it isn't that now. Easy access to lots of restaurants and stores, We ate at Texas Roadhouse, which was very good. The next morning we ate at the Calio Cafe and it was excellent. Enjoyed the United States Marshal Museum before leaving town.
