The hotel is located in Buena Park, making it super convenient to all the major attractions in Orange County. It’s right across from The Source OC, which has tons of great restaurants and shops, and only about a 10-minute drive to Disneyland. We loved that there was free parking and a continental breakfast, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—definitely made the stay even better. The hotel and room felt very modern, and the front desk staff was so welcoming during check-in and when we requested extra towels. I would absolutely stay here again and honestly wish we could’ve extended our stay this trip!

We went to The Summit House for our anninversary dinner - which was amazing!! - and decided to spend the night down there. The next day we had lunch in downtown Fullerton. You can walk it in under an hour.
We had a nice time but don't expect a lot to see or do. The best thing about Fullerton are the restaurants.

This location refused to honor my reservation. Very biased behavior. I was dressed very plain. In the process of relocating and opening an office. I think the mgt misjudged me as homeless or poor ? Not sure but the service was horrible. My reservation was refused to re check because it was an hour late...,.noon. Opposed to 11am. Neverminded the fact, I had to leave my office and drive and hour back to the location to check in at noon. Very rude and considering legal action.

The hotel is not safe. we got robbed valuable items and cash. there was no safe for your valuables nor cctv in the floors for added security. front desk wasnt able to help trace who entered our room even if our key cards were with us when we went out.
there was also no early warning about water works on our last day. we ended up showering with murky water and realized while showerinf.
management was nonchalant and did not feel any compassion about the theft incident.
Stay away from this hotel at all cost

The town is very nice and very close to Brea, California. Brea has so many shops and restaurants. The property is amazing and absolutely beautiful! It was so clean and comfortable. I highly recommend renting this home! The neighborhood was lovely and SAFE! We felt right at home and were not the least bit concerned about our safety. The backyard is an oasis, very private and quiet. The pool is clean and spacious and the firepit was fantastic!

Hotel carpets were grossly dirty and cleaning services for room wasn't available except changing towel on daily basis that too on reminding them.
Seems carpets have never been vacuumed.

Lots of tourist and family friendly places to visit, such as Knott's Berry Farm, but some areas look run down, and there were homeless people here and there. The city could use more facilities for the homeless to stay. But I don't think apparently housing the homeless at the same property as paying tourists and guests is a good idea.

I definitely would not recommend this place unless it's a last resort stay. It wasn't very clean at all, loud people outside half the night drinking and smoking weed disturbing other guests, and I don't think it was a comfortable environment at all.
