Breakfast was excellent, but I would have liked it to be open later, 9 am is early to eat anything. The room was great, and the location was very good. Our room was near the elevator, which worked well for us. Coffee was available and very good.

The 1st impression was bad. Exterior landscaping was was one of neglect. Interior furniture was sparse and a lot of plastic furniture. No bath mats. Coffee pot was impossible to use. King bedroom’s sink and shower very poor drainage.

Nice little town. Not only a beach town. They had a food truck festival in town with some good live music. The weather was great. Some good restaurants and bars by the beach. Also some good towns close by that may be a little more expensive to stay

Loved the decor, hated the noise in hallway at night. Hated that guests kids could run amuck. I can't say I wouldn't recommend it, but if you are looking for a peaceful night sleep, this is not the place.

I like the fact that it was in a good location, but that’s it really. The staff need to be more attentive to customers needs and smile when they are serving customers. It looks unprofessional when staff are eating at the back while customers are waiting at the desk to be checked in.

The beach was great and the yatches and boats were amazing. I liked the fact that we could get close views of the boats and yatches freely without any prohibition. We walked a lot and loved the walkways which were also safe. the properties and the environement were also amazing. the weather was also great.

Free breakfast advertised. first day there...Sunday, no toaster - no waffle batter - all juices "out of order" - nothing in the warmer - we had to leave at 8 - still no food. They had lots of bread - and some bagels. NO TOASTER. Garbage can overflowing by the coffee machine. Next day - nothing in the fridge except for a half gallon of milk-no yogurt, toaster was back - as was waffle batter - juices not back to operable until Wednesday. Wednesday - no plates other than 4" muffin plates - 3 of them together would hold the waffle I had for breakfast. Lobby where we were to eat - had an aromatherapy mister that made it impossible to stay and eat our breakfast. Had to eat in our room. No lids for the coffee. All small things maybe - but they add up to a miserable experience for breakfast. We were told that delivery of supplies was on tuesdays. Not sure how you can advertise a free breakfast - I'm assuming you are the busiest on weekends - if you are out of everything for then entire weekend. Pool was advertised as heated. Could not get in it it was so cold. These were 80+ degree days. I asked a maintenance man what the temp was of the pool, he said he wasn't allowed to tell me. hmm. Again - advertise a heated pool - should give us a heated pool.

The house is spacious and clean, with enough bedrooms and other amenities that make it perfect. Plenty of plates, cookware, and utensils. The host even left us some welcome beverages in the fridge. The patio was amazing with enough seating for loads of people. My grandkids especially loved the saltwater pool. I would highly recommend a stay at this house with these amazing hosts. John called or emailed several times, and he was so kind.

Seems like a quiet community. The hotel staff did not educate customers on the area and I did not have WIFI so did not search local places. I really dont know much about Lauderhill. It may well be a very nice place but the staff did not share anything about the local area. The hotel seems to exist separate from the community.

Compared to other Hampton Inn’s we have stayed at, the room was awful. It had a peculiar odor. It was not as clean as I expected. The tile had mildew and
the tub wasn’t the cleanest. The water didn’t go right down the shower and the toilet seat was loose. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. There was also no makeup remover or lotion on the vanity. The breakfast was so/so. The TV was out because of a thunder storm, and in general if we had planned on staying in the room other than to sleep, we’d have left.
