The room was large and clean.
Breakfast was standard.
The neighborhood at night is not suitable for kids but is not dangerous. And once in the hotel, we did not hear nor see anything.
The parking is secured.
Location is good : just 10 min from the French Quarter.

From the music, to the food, to the architecture, to the many attractions and experiences available, and the friendly people, New Orleans is one of my favorite places to visit! The room and staff was amazing but after being charged something different than I was told wasn’t cool. Hotel over all was great. My only complaint is I got charged totally different price than what I was told. When I checked my account and I asked her why she couldn’t answer. Telling me I must of missed something or wasn’t told something. Got told it would be added to my card and it wasn’t.

Lakeside Mall is still a great indoor mall. Old Metairie has some good restaurants and stores. My son really like the Bricks and Minifigs Lego resale shop! And of course the Lego store. Easy drive to get to your favorite spots in New Orleans. Lots of Grocery Store options. I always bring my cooler! I love Zappardos. Really I love all the groceries in Metairie. So many options. Not usually a thing for visitors to go to, but there is nothing like a South Louisiana grocery.

Terrible location to find - even GPS has issues since it is surrounded by freeway ramps and surrounded by commercial facilities that were closed. Went other neighboring iHop for dinner at 7pm. The restaurant was totally void of customers, I and the server were the only ones there. Service was acceptable but dinner order was poorly made. Do you need more?

Jefferson was fine it was the motel that was not acceptable. I was there for one night . I had surgery the next morning. We ate at a lovely restaurant. Yes getting around Jefferson is easy. I would avoid the motel I stayed in.

It was a totally different vibe.
It was a totally different vibe. It was different culture for sure. Had a great time on bourbon street and the French quarter. Did a paddle boat ride on the Mississippi river that was awesome. The price to park ever place you go is crazy. Spent 100 in two days just to park our car and walk.

The service was great but the room had certain concerns that needs too be address such as the room I occupied room 212 needed repairs too the sink it had a leak that needed to be repaired so had the first desk bring a bucket to catch the water and also the ac unit needs too be repaired are maybe updated I cleaned both filters and the ac unit didn't blow cool enough too the functioning standards the room still was hot in the near future respectfully I would never book the Metairie location in new Orleans I would book at a better la quinta establish next time

False advertisement the quad rooms are actually double beds. I had to purchase air mattresses for my staff. They said the double beds are quiet rooms and no breakfast no clean towels no clean room daily no coffee throughout the day no coffee in the morning you have to access staff in the Brother of the company was very very rude and when I asked for coffee, he told me that he was too late to be axing for coffee. I was a Paul after spending money on two hotels days Two separate rooms that were supposed to be quiet rooms only to find out they were double beds. Do not pay the send your staff here.

Visited at Christmas so only saw one gator as expected but what a fantastic place to visit. A week was ideal for a relaxing Christmas break with plenty of time to explore and do the excursions we wanted to do without rushing around

I loved the area; where we stayed there were two shopping malls close by. A lot of restaurants that were delicious - Acme Oyster House for one. Close to the causeway and the freeway. Easy to get around.
