All facilities were fresh and clean as the hotel is still quite new. Breakfast selection was impressive for an included option. Lobby area had plenty of space and different seating options which was comfortable for a long term stay. Free laundry facilities a nice added extra.

I wouldn't consider Greenville a tourist destination; however, it is home to East Carolina University and there is a large medical facility in town that draws people from around the area. The area surrounding the university and Convention Center is well developed; the area surrounding the hospital is a little less desirable.

Desk clerk was nice.
Desk clerk was nice. Our bed has been made as if clean but when I pulled back the cover, the sheets disgusting...looked to have pubic hair throughout. The desk clerk was alone so no one was available to change the sheets and we had to do it. The bathroom door casing was not secure and moved when trying to shut the bathroom door. The room was clean otherwise. Breakfast was good and area was clean.

After he was released we had a fun late breakfast at Dennys. We have also enjoyed the Angus Grill fr lunch times their food is very good.

My family is from Greenville so we were visiting family and...
My family is from Greenville so we were visiting family and wanted our own privacy and I thought it was very reasonable because the hotel pricing is ridiculous and I even get points from Marriot and it’s still expensive. I definitely recommend it. Sam Jones barbecue is excellent and we went to a seafood restaurant called Mayflower. It was delicious. They have a lot of events such as the Collard Green festival coming up in August.

I had a daughter who received her Doctorate. It was a once-in-a-lifetime event, but the hotel price per night was too high., gouging. I recommend to stay away from the hotels in town, an try VRBO or AirBnB
