Everybody was great. The staff was more than we ever could have asked for. Geri at the front desk and CeeCee at the bar were tops! Ordered a Hendricks gin Negroni and will admit that the pour was quite adequate ;) would love to pass this way again and stay at this historic hotel

The property was recently remodeled and it looks beautiful. The room is so spacious and clean. Loved the bathroom. The employees were so nice. All of them would wish us a good day every time we left and welcome us back when we came back. Got compliments on my nails from the lady at the counter at check out. That made my day. I 100% recommend and will stay here again if I go back to Virginia.

I’m born and raised in Petersburg always a great place it’s my home. Every trip I take home I have to go to Lees on Washington Street the best fish and shrimp the prices are very reasonable. Church’s chicken if you want some good chicken and sides for the family

The hotel was beautiful and the bed was heavenly! There is some construction but it had absolutely no effect on us. No noise or disruption near the rooms or common spaces. Really a special place! We would love to stay there again!

Great location. Somewhat overpriced hotels when looking at the inside of rooms and prices. Some are about right. Rooms could use a little more attention and should be updated based on current regular pricing.

I stopped in Petersburg on my way to Rawlings VA.

I stopped in Petersburg on my way to Rawlings VA. My alternative was to drive an extra 60 miles to South Hill for an overnight stay. I am sure Petersburg has a number of military attractions and other amenities for visitors but my purpose for staying there was simply I needed a place to stay that night before continuing to Rawlings VA

We have stayed at this location several times and we always enjoy our stay. The few issues we have had have been minimal and resolved so fast that you don't even feel inconvenienced. The staff rocks!

Liked it all just asked for toilet tissue and received none. Most staff was very friendly. A few was not. Booking.com said pool was open for my stay. However when grandson was in pool. They, came out hollering you can't be in pool not open. My grandson was scared when they came out hollering at him. He thought he had did something or was in trouble. So they need to get that straighten out.

I was extremely pleased with the property and the efficiency of the Delta personnel. The open Pantry was a plus and the restaurant offerings were well thought out and prepared. The room was very clean, nice amenities, and very comfortable.
