Great staff! Fatima also offers free walking tour and Javier does everything to help and make your stay comfortable. They even renovated a new room for us in just one day when we needed to extent our stay even though it was fully booked. Nice clean room and kitchen.

Sofia is an great host, very helpful and kind! She does a great work keeping the place clean and tidy, and providing great advice on activities to do in Santa Ana, buses and shuttles information and places to eat. The house is very cosy, dorm beds have curtains and even a small usb fans! Well equipped kitchen and free drinkable water also! Wifi worked perfectly during the whole stay, which was great for people working remotely. Definitely recommended!

Super cheap for a private room with two beds. Very clean and nice private toilet and shower in the room. Also, the family will help you anything. I will definitely come back. It was so good so I extended one more night.
