The location was good, lots closeby.
The location was good, lots closeby. We went to thrift stores, cigarette stores, beauty shop, grocery stores, visited son who is at a nearby psychiatric treatment facility. The room, staff and other guests all made it a positive experience overall!

Never stayed in such a horrible motel! no bedside lamps, half a roll of bathroom tissue. No blanket on the bed...... It was in a bad location. Will never stay there again and never recommend it to anybody!

I have been a customer for more than 20 years and I think that Booking.com should compensate my losses for incorrect information.

This place was amazing. Andy the host was wonderful.
This place was amazing. Andy the host was wonderful. I felt nervous about staying with someone at first but he changed the narrative quickly. He gave a warm welcome and really made me feel comfortable. I honestly felt like I was at home. The home was beautiful, and the view from the back patio was breathtaking. His dog rain may have been my favorite part of the stay. Very well mannered and just a sweetheart of an animal. I would recommend this place to anyone! If you’re looking for a hotel give this place a look I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Mission Hills is located in San Fernando Valley and it seems...
Mission Hills is located in San Fernando Valley and it seems to be filled with hard working families, a nice community of people and in particular Spanish Families. :0) Not being racist... being honest.
There are alot of restaurants, family ones especially and some hole in the wall spots... food trucks. Shopping plazas that have most chain stores and some knock off stores..and ur typical dollar stores and such. There is bus service, uber, lfyt, etc. Alot of traffic and tends to be hot in the day. Night breeze comes through and brings a chill with it, The bigger guys love it and are usually in shorts and women usually bring a sweater for the evenings.]

Excellent hosts, so fast to respond to questions. All the extra gifts were so appreciated, such as champagne and graduation cake. When Tevis found out we had a late flight arriving at LAX he provided not only dinner for that evening but breakfast also! This is the perfect location to so many activies in the area and great for us going back and forth to CSUN. I am thankful we chose this beautiful apartment for our California adventure. We would happily return if ever in this area again. Much love and thanks to Tevis and Laura, Terri Wollett and family

This place had moldy walls , Roaches, spiderwebs on the ceiling, holes in the walls, no smoke alarms or the smoke alarm they had was broke, Very noisy, dogs barking, roosters all night long the place was just not inhabitable for my taste especially when you have cockroaches crawling on you while you're trying to sleep it was disgusting

It was a quick trip for work so we didn't get to experience a whole lot of what they had to offer. But it was quick and easy right off the freeway so we could get a good nights rest and off to work the next morning.

The Non-smoking room REAKED of cigarette smoke... they had...
The Non-smoking room REAKED of cigarette smoke... they had no iron/ironing board, hair dryer or toiletries (shampoo/conditioner) The sheets and blankets were stained, the sink and nightstands had cigarette burns. The place is pet friendly so more posts with doggie bags would be helpful so people would stop leaving dog feces on the grounds.. the room was small and many people seemed to live there as opposed to be just staying the weekend.
