This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations! Everything was fantastic, starting with the food—amazing quality and great variety, with very thoughtful kid-friendly options. The desserts deserve a special mention: they were absolutely out of this world, and on our first evening we couldn’t resist trying all six types of cake! The SPA was an incredible surprise and far better than what the photos suggest—two saunas, steam bath, heated loungers, adventure showers, pool, and jacuzzi. Everything was spotless and well organized, and the lifeguard at the SPA was extremely polite, welcoming, and professional, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the shuttle service to Borovets center. Even though we don’t ski, we never felt isolated—we enjoyed beautiful nature walks and relaxing SPA time thanks to the convenient transport. The room was spacious, very clean, and perfectly heated, especially the bathroom. The staff was kind and attentive throughout our stay. Special thanks to the shuttle bus driver who went out of his way to help us start our car on the morning of departure. An amazing stay—we would happily come back and highly recommend this hotel!
