Room was very small, but exceptionally well equipped. Check in process is automated and smooth. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was spectacular - so many local options and the food quality was great. Overall - a great chain hotel.

The public bath was a good experience to be included in our stay. It was very near 3 convenience stores. Very clean and spacious hallway. Room had the right space for 2 pax. Staff were all helpful and kind.

The hotel is very nice. However, as in all of Japan, the English level of the employees in this hotel is insufficient. People working at the reception must have a very good command of English.

Location is incredible, between Nipponbashi and Shinsekai. You have to walk about 10 min to get to the Osaka loop line/JR station but it's a very nice walk. I would like to praise the staff of this hotel for their excellent work, they have been so kind and helpful towards me. In particular, thank you Nakao for helping me with the bus ticket reservation, you have spent more than 1 hour assisting me through the booking process, I couldn't have done it without you. Also, thank you Togai for helping us with the shipment of our luggage to our next hotel, your support was essential.
