Personalized WiFi on every room is a big plus, as I you can also cast to the TV with your phone/laptop. Cleaning service is good and I liked the fact that there's a washing machine on the 7th floor. Breakfast was also tasty even if a bit reduced. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel once again on my next visit to Osaka.
