Everything seemed so well thought out and executed. From check in to luggage storage to the clever lay outs of the rooms and availability of cold and hot water dispensers on each floor. Very useful dashboard system on TV screen giving a good overview of the hotel, facilities as well as various tips and tricks. Very good value for money.

Good hotel in a good location , 10 min walk from the train station and 10 min walk from the nara park 😀 Good apa hotel but exceptional in a very good way , we took breakfast as well and I must say ! The breakfast was amazing! As we understood later it's a restaurant and it will be your best choice! 👌 it was my first time I was sad to leave the hotel I was in not because of the location of it ! This restaurant is gorgeous! Definitely will pick this hotel again ! And next time with evening meal!

I stayed at Apa Hotel Namba Shinsaibashi Nishi in Osaka as a solo female traveller and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic — close enough to all the busy streets, fun cafes (including a cute puppy and micro pig café nearby!), and lots of activities, while still being quiet enough at night to get a good rest. The train station is also just a short walk away, making it very accessible. I didn’t use many of the facilities during my stay, but everything I did need was easy to find. The laundromat was conveniently located, and the laundromat room included thoughtful touches like ice and disposable cups. I also really appreciated the safety measures — after a certain time, you need your room key to enter the building, which made me feel very secure. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re travelling alone. I would absolutely give this place a 10/10!
