I would like to specially mention Corina (reception) for the kindness and professionalism with which she gave us absolutely all the information for a splendid vacation. The hotel also has an alpaca farm. ❤ It should be emphasized (for the winter) that the hotel is right next to the gondola that leads to the ski area.

Mario’s and the staff went above and beyond with their assistance. Decorated the room for our twins 16th birthday with balloons, banner gifts and a cake. Much appreciated. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room is simple, bright and clean and we had secure parking (10 euros a night). The system for accessing the room and the parking was well explained and all worked beautifully. The owners have thought of many little details that made the stay comfortable - our favourite touch was the provision of fresh bread and croissants in a basket outside our door in the morning! The location is between Bergamo and the Alta Citta, with each reachable with a 20-30 minute walk. We enjoyed the local area that is non-touristy and low key - very pleasant.

Location is great, 10 minutes by public transport to Duomo. There is a supermarket right under the building, train stations are very close. The best part is probably hospitable and helpful hosts who went out of their way to welcome us.
