The apartment is new , very clean, beautifully modern decorated, with a comfortable bed and kitchen equipped with everything that made our stay very enjoyable. The owner exceptionally friendly and attentive, he took us by his car and showed the area providing excellent recommendations for the places we can visit. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. We appreciated his kindness and nice gesture. The location is simply perfect station, in between Sevan city marshutka to Yerevan station and beach area Sevan lake. Quiet neighborhood similar to a dacha. Amazing breakfast!
